He holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Lending, Health & Life Insurance, KiwiSaver & Investments).

Mitch is a registered Financial Adviser. He began his finance career with 3 years of study at Canterbury University graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance.

Shortly after he entered the banking industry with NZ’s largest bank working in the business banking department for 5 years (four of which as a business manager).

His experience ensures you receive professional and accurate advice from the start.
He is passionate about helping his customers and ensures he provides exceptional service and follow-up with every interaction.

In his spare time Mitch can be found racing around Ruapuna in his Honda Integra Racecar, riding his jetski, or socialising with friends.

Kate is a registered Financial Adviser. Kate joined the 9 Yards team in early 2023 and prior to that has provided loan and administrative support to the team periodically across the last 3 years. She has worked as a home lender for two of the major banks with 5+ years’ experience in these roles.

She loves interacting with clients and helping them meet their home ownership goals and provides a friendly approach that puts her customers at ease.

Kate also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing & Management from the University of Canterbury.

Out of the office, Kate loves going for a run or bike ride, enjoying downtime with her partner & two kittens, and getting creative in the kitchen.

Robbie holds a degree in Agribusiness and Food Marketing, complemented by a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services, specialising in Investment, KiwiSaver, Life, Disability, and Health Insurance.

He uses this combination of academic insight and practical financial knowledge to deliver straightforward, client-focused advice. His core mission is to educate clients about KiwiSaver and investment, building their confidence to make informed decisions for their financial futures. Robbie ensures the wealth-building process is clear and accessible, whether clients are new investors or optimising retirement savings.

Outside the office, this practical, no-nonsense approach is reflected in his interests: football, fitness, and agriculture.
