They’ve recently moved into their first home in a great spot close to the beach.

Matt & Annie were recommended to 9 Yards and in March they came to see Mitch to discuss what steps they needed to take to purchase a home, they were at the initial fact-finding stage and didn’t think they would be ready for approval. Two weeks later they were pre-approved and on the house hunt!

Exactly 3 months after their pre-approval they had settled on their new home.
