They were in touch with 9 Yards in early July and being based in the beautiful region of Taranaki we assisted them with their entire lending journey remotely.
Towards the end of July Brooklyn & Tyler had put an offer on their new property and they have just recently moved in, from initial discussion to living in their first home in just over 2 months!

Meet Matt & Annie!

They’ve recently moved into their first home in a great spot close to the beach.

Matt & Annie were recommended to 9 Yards and in March they came to see Mitch to discuss what steps they needed to take to purchase a home, they were at the initial fact-finding stage and didn’t think they would be ready for approval. Two weeks later they were pre-approved and on the house hunt!

Exactly 3 months after their pre-approval they had settled on their new home.
